Paul Alder, Vistafolia’s creator, spent years researching and developing the luxury artificial plants that have made Vistafolia the trusted industry name that it is today, starting with our luxury artificial plants green wall solution. His tireless efforts catapulted a non-existent industry into the forefront of artificial greening. Paul’s vision and work paid off with an ingenious green wall solution that looks and feels stunning. “Creating a product that is so true-to-nature turned out to be a kind of practical magic, we’re proud to say, it did however take a lot of hard work, and over 25 years of experience to pull it off,” says Paul.
Les premières années
Paul Alder is the head of this fast-growing worldwide luxury artificial plants brand. 25 years in the horticulture and technical landscape industry led him to the top position in the artificial living wall market. Helping him get there were lessons learned from his days earning accolade after accolade on the world’s toughest garden circuits.
Il a commencé humblement dans les parcs royaux et, à l'âge de 24 ans, il supervisait une équipe de 40 personnes chargées de l'entretien des parcs. Il a ensuite travaillé pour son propre compte, remportant 12 prix nationaux en Angleterre, cinq médailles à Chelsea, dont la très convoitée médaille d'or, ainsi qu'une médaille d'or à l'exposition florale d'Hampton Court.
